1 General Terms

Ba66 (bundles.ba66.blog) is an online gaming and betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between ba66 and its members. The terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All ba66 services — Sports Betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and others — are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Accessing any section of the platform automatically subjects you to these terms.

2 Account Registration and Use

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on ba66. ba66 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect information at any time.

• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• To change your registered mobile number or email address, please contact support.
• Ba66 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. ba66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use ba66's services. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 to open or use an account.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Ba66 may request proof of age documents at any time if there is cause for doubt (national ID, birth certificate, etc.).
• If an underage account is identified, all deposited funds will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Ba66 cannot be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Ba66 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment rules must be followed at all times.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. However, processing may take longer if a verification review is underway.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via Mobile Banking, you must withdraw via Mobile Banking).
• A minimum balance of BDT 500 is required to make a withdrawal.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are identified, ba66 is obligated to freeze the payment and report it to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ba66 offers welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required wagering requirement has been completed.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address will be considered bonus abuse.
• If real-money funds are withdrawn after a bonus has been received, any active bonus will be forfeited.
• Ba66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. For bonuses already credited, the original terms at the time of crediting will apply.
• Bonuses are for genuine members only — collecting bonuses using bots or automated systems is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ba66. ba66 reserves the right to void bets or suspend accounts for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a punishable offence.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ba66 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• To avoid late betting in live betting, all bets must be placed within the specified time limit.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event or engaging in syndicate betting is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba66 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using fraudulent activity, hacking, or software exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing or unauthorized use of another member's account credentials.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code to ba66's systems.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using or republishing ba66's brand, logo, or content without permission.
• Using bots, crawlers, or automated software to access the platform.
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward other members.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your ba66 account at any time by contacting support, and the process will be completed on your behalf. ba66 may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons.

• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded.

10 Limitation of Liability

Ba66 always strives to provide a reliable service; however, ba66's liability is limited in the following respects.

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• Transactions may be delayed due to issues with third-party payment systems.
• If your account password or credentials are compromised, the responsibility lies solely with the member.
• Financial losses resulting from personal gaming decisions.

11 Right to Amend
